MY ACCOUNT: Managing Your Billing For Datafeed Access
My Account is our online portal that provides you with a single access point to a suite of time-saving services across billing, support, user management and information.
We have introduced a simplified way of managing your billing for datafeed accesses. The new Access Statement service on My Account replaces the Datafeed Access Declaration (DAD) process, displaying your entitlement position using data we capture for feeds consumed over Eikon desktops.
BILLING FOR DATAFEED ACCESSES VIA MY ACCOUNT
The Access Statement service is easy to access, interpret and navigate. Notifications on My Account and via email will keep you informed of key deadline dates so you can be confident of any actions required prior to submission.
The new simplified process makes management of your billing for datafeed accesses easier and ultimately leads to a more efficient interaction with Thomson Reuters.

ACCESS STATEMENT PROCESS OVERVIEWOnce you are ready to switch over to this new service, you will use the Access Statement Declaration on My Account to declare your datafeed usage and you will no longer receive a DAD.
The following overview outlines the step by step process:
(The timeline is indicative. You can view specific dates on My Account)
You’ll receive an email reminder to review your access permissions. Any changes must be completed in DACS prior to the snapshot date.
Your access data for your Eikon users is captured from Thomson Reuters systems. Your invoice for the forthcoming period will be based on this information. Any direct bill exchanges will be excluded. For users subscribing to both level 1 & 2 exchange services, where the level 2 service includes the level 1 data, the level 1 access is automatically netted out.
You’ll receive an email that your access statement has been published on My Account. Datafeed accesses for Eikon users are pre-populated from your entitlements snapshot. You may reallocate accesses across your billing accounts, but can’t amend the total access count.
Where Thomson Reuters has no visibility of user accesses, you must declare these on the Enterprise Services section of the statement. This is pre-populated with the existing billed position based on your previous statement. Amend accesses to reflect the correct number of entitled users.
Any Wallboard and Non Display usage must be declared.
We will send you a reminder before the completion deadline to finalize your updates.
The Access statement is now final and is automatically submitted to Thomson Reuters. We will use this to calculate your next invoice.
You can’t make any further updates until your next statement is available.
Your Eikon and Enterprise Services charges will be displayed seperately, to make it easier to reconcile your invoice.
