For my iPad /iPhone App

TheBeginning

As part of this module we have been asked to look at the role of Tea in our every day lives. The main aim is to investigate how tea fits into our own routines and how we experience tea in our work/university environment. As I have already studied the role of tea in my own personal life it would be a good idea to look at tea on a timeline and look at the story that unfolds.

What have I done so far?

How will it look?• Have a virtual appearance to create a real

effect

Where will the tea be consumed?• Give I selection of places in which the tea can

be enjoyed, for example home, work, university etc.

Choice of cup?• The type of cup desired can

be chosen

What type of tea?

• Allow the user to choose the specific type of tea they want

Wild Berry Tea

Chamomile Tea Green TeaDecaf Tea

Every Day Tea

Boiling the water• Give the choice of having the water boiled in a

tea pot or an electric kettle

How do you like your tea?• Ask the user how much milk, sugar or artificial

sweetener they want

Interaction• The user should be allowed to pour the boiling

water into the virtual cup and remove the tea bags and add the sugar if they want it

Fun• When the tea has been

made it can then be stirred and perhaps it could be virtually enjoyed by the user

Sharing via social networking sites• Another possibility may be to allow the user

to save the tea they have made and perhaps send it to a friend with an attached message on various social networking sites
