PRODUCTION
The production of My Filler and My Filler Revitalize uses the most advanced machinery operated by a high qualified and experienced personal.
Our internal manufacturing process starts from the reception, control and storage of raw materials, the cleaning and sterilization of the vials and syringes with an automatic placement inside the sterile chamber, the monitoring of the formula preparation, the quality control tests made during and after production, the fully automatic placement of the product into syringes or vials, the final packing and the product transportation to the warehouse and shipping to our distributors complies with all European rules and standards of a Medical Device Class III as well the standards of Cosmetology professional preparations.

Revitalize Pen is a small but powerful cordless device used for microneedling procedures. It has an anatomical form to optimise handling and comfort during its use. It comes in a very elegant suitcase where all necessary instruments can be allocated inside including the spare battery, make up removal, cotton and the My Filler Revitalize mesotherapy cocktails.
Following the techniques, the products and the results aimed to achieve, Revitalize Pen can be adjusted with the speed of the needle as well its depth of work. On the sidel of the Revitalize Pen we placed different LED’s which will helps to adjust the needle speed in correspondence to a color. Moreover, near to its apical part, Revitalize Pen has a ring which rotates clockwise or anti-clockwise where the depth work of the needle, from 0,25mm to 2,50mm can be selected.
