Trading terms of this pricelist varies with the customer’s order

amount.

a. EXW Shenzhen

Customer order under USD 20,000.00, this quotation is traded as

EXW Shenzhen term

b. FOB Shenzhen (MOQ amount ≥USD 20, 000.00)

Customer order large then USD 20,000.00, above quotation will be

traded as FOB Shenzhen terms.

For small order by air or by express, it is 100% T/T in advance. For

large order by sea, 30% deposit of the order value should be paid, 70%

of the balance payment should be done against the copy of Bill of

lading.

a. sample order: 3-7 working days for delivery.

b. large order: 14-20 working days for delivery.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the prices include packing in

accordance with POWTRANS’ customary standard of packing. Any

other packing requested by the Purchaser or deemed necessary by

POWTRAN will be charged for in addition to the price offered.

5.5.5.5. WarrantyWarrantyWarrantyWarranty

15 months from shipping date of AWB or B/L on, then extended

warranty to 24 months, then 5% extra of the total value of the goods is

acceptable and necessary.

6.6.6.6. After-salesAfter-salesAfter-salesAfter-sales supportsupportsupportsupport

POWTRAN have a strong R&D and QC department and capable

after-sale service team. You can call us or send email to us directly.

a. The detailed defective description, serial number of product and

photo of product must be sent back to POWTRAN for evaluation

accordingly.

b. POWTRAN shall analyze the defective reason and decide

whether it is caused by quality problem of product or by improper

operation of user.

c. POWTRAN shall suggest which parts of products should be

replaced. In case of quality problem, POWTRAN shall replace a new

product for defective one which power rating is under 5.5KW within

warranty time. For the product which power rating is 7.5KW and above,

POWTRAN shall offer spare parts including control board, power board,

fan or other related parts which are necessary for repairing product free

of charge.

d. POWTRAN warranty do not cover damages resulting from

inappropriate storage, incorrect installation, improper maintenance and

bad environment beyond environmental requirement.

e. POWTRAN is not responsible for modifications, reworking,

disassemble without our permission.

7.7.7.7. L/CL/CL/CL/C cooperationcooperationcooperationcooperation

It is POWTRAN rules to do L/C only when a customers’ per order

up to USD 20,000.00. Each order among USD 20,000.00-50,000.00 will

be charged 1% for bank service fee, but there is no charges when your

order above USD 50,000.00.
