Day 6Read the paragraph and look for the

correct answer:

A long time ago, there lived a boy known as Yusuf, who happily lived with his parents and eleven brothers. Yusuf’s father was the Prophet Yaqub. This gave Yusuf a firm trust in Allah from an early

age. He knew that he was never alone, and that Allah was always with him. Yusuf liked to play with his brothers, especially with his brother Benjamin. Yaqub particularly loved Yusuf and Benjamin. One night, Yusuf dreamt that ‘eleven stars, the sun and the moon

had made sujood to him’.

Confused with his dream, he told his father about it. When Yaqub heard of his dream, he said, “This dream is a sign of Allah, and

it is true. Allah will choose you. You will be a prophet, and Allah’s Grace will always be with you”. Yaqub was very happy for his son

Day 22

Now we will be learning about the 5 Pillars of Islam:

(1) Shahadah (Your declaration of your faith)

(2) Salaat

“I bear witness, that Allah is the Only One True God, and

Muhammad (SAW) is the Prophet of Allah.” When stating this,

one enters the Islamic faith.

Muslims are required to pray five times a day, after

performing wudhu (ablution) and facing in the direction of

Makkah to pray.

Decorate your own prayer mat!
