El Salvador is a country in Central America. The city of San Salvador is the most important metropolis of

the republic as well as its capital. It borders on the Pacific Ocean between Guatemala

and Honduras, it is a Gulf of Fonseca and Nicaragua. El Salvador has a tropical climate with pronounced wet and dry seasons. Temperatures vary primarily with elevation and show little seasonal change. The

Pacific lowlands are uniformly hot; the central plateau and mountain areas are more moderate. The

rainy season extends from May to October.

I visited this country in october for participating in a congress of Carmelita´s teachers.

The first place when I went was “Santa Tecla” in “El Colegio Belén” this place was beautiful, because is very big

and also is very important in this town.

Other place that I visited was the house when the sister Clara del Carmen lived. She is de founder of the religious comunity

“Carmelitas de San José”, these lead the college when I work. This religious is considered a saint. The Pope Juan Pablo II named her

blessed.
