Page 25: MyData - MyData - MyData Presented by: Carol Alexander October 22, 2009.

Each school is utilizing MyData at different

levels. Write down some ideas to share on your “Give One – Get One”

handout…

How are you going to train your faculty on using MyData?(Will you use department meetings? PD time? Common Planning Time?)

Which reports have you found to be most helpful?

Are specific groups and/or departments on campus findingany one report beneficial?

(i.e. Counselors, Dean, Intervention Coordinator, Bridge Coordinator)

What strategies have you used to train teachers to analyze data?

How does your administrative staff utilize the information in MyData?

(plan PD, classroom observation, assistance & guidance)

How do teachers use MyData?(Parent Conferences, IEPs, PHBAO Conferences,

1802 Conferences, Intervention, Curriculum Planning)
