Florentina was born on a train in Romania.From birth she lived 3 ½ years in an orphanage.

A self-taught eclectic artist, she found herVoice through Art after arriving in theUSA August of 2000.

Like everyone, she wants to have friends, befree to be who she is and live happily withina (healthy) and accepting world.

As a way to be seen and heard and overcomediscrimination of her special needs, she startedcreating friends of her own, her “My Kids”.

Florentina has created 1000’s of her My Kids friends over the years in various mediums.

Her mom is Writing and Producing the MyKids Unite Cartoon Series, Animated Music Videos and Franchise.

The MyKids Unite Franchise is developed solely from Florentina’s My Kids Friends, characters and Original Art. She is happily involved in every stage of development.

All MyKids Unite characters appearing in this work are fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental. So relax, sit back and have a happy giggle or two!

Florentina’s self portrait with three of her buddy’s from elementary school.

With Florentina’s creative input and style, her boot design reflects her Collectible Abstract Painting – ItsASquare24. She asked for her shirt to resemble the cotton collared buttonshirts she wears.

Florentina is all about art AND MUSIC! A few of her fav’s include The Offspringwho she met in May 2015, Green Day, Linkin Park, Three Days Grace, Becky,System of a Down, Stevie Nicks, Shakira, Rage Against the Machine, Red Hot ChilliPeppers, The Gimme Gimme’s, Swingset Mama’s and System of a Down!

Ian’s illustration of the Rockin’ MyKids Characters stayed in tune withFlorentina’s artistic vibe & style right down to the blue and green hair!

Florentina creates “Cut-out” art freehand. These two guitars were usedas reference of her style to Illustrate the guitars on the following page which are played by Danielle and Johnny of the Rockin’ MyKids Band.

Florentina’s calls these friends “girls – cool belts”.

Bethany is now wearing Florentina’s “Stripes” T-Shirt with purple trim. In real life, Bethany is Florentina’s Sister-In-Law. Emily is a friend from the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica.

Clifton and Isaiah are Best Buddies.When Florentina creates in MS Paint, shedraws her friends as if they are popping out ofthe side of the computer screen.

Keeping their clothes within the original color scheme, Isaiah’s socks are nowYellow and yes, they have Super Powers! Arms and legs were added and shoes wereupdated per Florentina’s style. Clifton is Florentina’s brother.

The stripes on Danielle’s socks match her shirt, belt and guitar. Shane iswearing high top white punk boots, similar to a pair Florentina wears.

DaShawn was drawn using markers. He is one of Florentina’s baseball buddies!

DaShawn’s chair is now souped-up tohis specifications for doing wheelie’saround the bases.

Pinky was created withCrapons (oily crayons) andcolor markers. She and Florentina play baseball together.

When illustrating Pinky, armsand hands were added.
