CNC MACHINE SHOP

We owned full service machining and fabrication shop housing several CNC milling and turning

centers and two fully outfitted welding booths. Our shop manager has over 30 years of machining and

fabrication experience and is a Journeyman Tool and die maker. The shop was founded to manufacture

our parent company’s product line of aftermarket sport bike parts and fat tire swing arm assemblies,

and we are recognized as one of the top experts in the industry.

We specialize in billet aluminum products and aluminum welding, however with our vast collective

of machining and fabrication experience of our team of employees we can work with a large list of

materials. We offer services from one off prototyping to large production runs, reverse engineering

services to complete product design. We use SURFCAM cad cam system as well as Solid Works.

At Myrtle West Quality is job one, all parts are run through our “constant quality” process, from first

part approval to final inspection our “constant quality” process insures accuracy and satisfaction to

our customers.

MYRTLE WEST SWINGARMS

We make custom sportbikes swingarms for all models in all sizes. Raw, black, chrome finish or custom paint swingarms are avalaible, and we offer most reasonable price for installations!

Nothing more than a custom arm that will directly replace your factory arm fit to your specifications. Whether it be air ride

built into the arm or you want a nitrous bracket custom fitted to your arm or both. You can have it your way and we will

build it to your likings and specification and it still be a direct replacement with NO MODIFICATIONS NECESSARY. Additional

options include billet caliper mounts, integrated license plate mount, underbracing and nitrous bottle attachment.

GO WIDE OR GO HOME! We offer Wide Tire a.k.a. Fat Tire kits available

in 240mm, 300mm, 330mm and 360mm. All arms are fabricated the

same way except with different dimensions. All kits 300mm and up are

jackshafted. Myrtle Wests swingarms are engineered for exact fit for all

supported applications and produced in our own facility for the utmost

in quality control. All of our fat tire arms are fabricated from 6061-T6

aluminum tubing manufactured to our own specifications including a

central rib for added strength and rigidity. Patent pending axle hardware

allow for the covered axle look while maintaining high strength and

positive locking, keeping a slim and sleek profile. All of our swing arms are

manufactured in-house.

Myrtle Wests swingarms are engineered for exact fit for all supported

DRAG RACING SWINGARMSMyrtleWest is entering a new market this year with this arm. Even though the previous applications have

always been “strong” enough to compete, this arm is not only strong enough but LITE enough as well.

This arm is constructed of a ribbed reinforced liteweight 60/61 T6 aluminum custom designed by us and

extruded by leading manufacturer Alcoa. The arm includes Nitrous Bracket (Bottom Belly Style), liteweight

built in underbracing for a clean sleek look and still have the strength of any over/under braced arm, Lite

weight axle ends with the option of an air tank in the arm as well. Cover plates are available for this arm.

MYRTLE WEST BOLT-ON EXTENSIONSOur Adjustable Bolt-On Swingarm Extensions are great for the weekend dragster!! Simply bolt-on to

your stock swingarm and go, no modification necessary!! When you are ready to go back to stock,

remove and you’re back in business. The only extras needed are extended brake line and chain, which

we also have available for purchase!

240 SprocketsWe make 240 1/4” 530 16 ~ 17 tooth offset sprockets. These sprockets used on all of our custom 240 swingarms. They will work with others too. Our

Sprocket have been CNC machined, broached and hardened. They are made out of 8620 alloy steel! This is a must have with your 240 swing arm. This

is the same sprocket we use on our 240 STUNT BIKES. You can see them in action at www.teammyrtlewest.com

Myrlte West wide tire chain guards. Unlike the others out on the market that are made out of alu-

minum. Our chain guards are made out of 3/32 mild steel! This is a must have with your Myrtle West

Lower your high-performance ZX10 for a lower center of gravity, which will provide you with

better launches off the starting line! Also great for the everyday rider who just needs a little

The new wave for economy exhausts! If you don’t want to spend the

money for a full system Myrtle West has the answer! Introducing the

“LACONIC” exhaust line. These are Chrome not polished like others

out there. Fit and finish is like no other. This is a true bolt-on pipe.

All laconic pipes come with a removable baffle that is rebuildable.

You will get 2 pipes with a show grade chrome finish for a 01-07

Hayabusa. Installation is easy, simply remove your tail pipes and

center pipes and instal these on your factory header using your new

clamps supplied. These pipes also work with stock swing arms,

Myrtle West has taken the wide tire industry to the next level again. A lot of people out there are cutting and widening stock rear wheels, THIS IS NOT

SAFE! So, we have designed rear wheels that have the resemblance of your factory rear wheel but, are one piece cut out of a forged blank and not

welded. Lets face it this is a wheel that you are sometimes riding on at high speeds, it needs to be safe. Our wheel blanks are made from premium

one piece forging and feature lightweight hubs. Our rear hubs incorporate a 10 bolt pattern to the drive side hub. All of our rear wheels utilize a

Cushdrive system to prevent transmission failure. So if you are on a budget and want to save money without jeopardizing your safety this is for you!
