PRAYER WALK
NEW BUFFALO ALLIANCE CHURCH
JULY 2021 VOLUME 2, ISSUE 6
CROSSROADS “STAND AT THE CROSSROADS AND LOOK…..
ASK WHERE THE GOOD WAY IS AND WALK IN IT…” JEREMIAH 6:16
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Praise the Lord there was a great turnout. There were eight
who signed up and Thea made 13 packets. There were exactly
13 people there. God is good and works in mysterious ways!
At Vacation Bible School (VBS) this year, we were talking about the armor of God and it was incredible to see the army of children that God sent our way to be able to speak into their lives. We had on average around 92 children attend. The very first night, it was incredible to witness people praying the rain would hold off until the games were over and the rain kept bypassing the church. God continued to meet us here and He supplied all our needs! Please pray with us that God will use the lessons the children have learned at VBS and speak directly into these little lives. Thank you to all who donated your time or items and who made VBS possible! Above all, thank you, Lord, for another great year!

2 Kings 19:17-19
“Truly, LORD, the kings of Assyria have laid waste the nations and their lands, and have cast their gods into the fire; for they were not gods, but the work of men’s hands—wood and stone. There-fore they destroyed them. Now therefore, O LORD our God, I pray, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that You are the LORD God, You alone.”

INSPIRING CORNER
This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody. There
was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought
that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it. It ended up that Everybody
blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done. Submitted by: Helen Hillard

How did you first hear about New Buffalo Alliance Church and how long have you attended?
A. We moved to the New Buffalo area, and I was always curious about the church when driving by it all the time, so we visited one Sunday about five years ago and loved that the Church is a Bible believing/preaching Church and that Salvation is preached and that the Church is so active with so many different age groups of people. Coming from a very small and mostly older congregation it was a nice change for us!
