Mitigation measures / design considerations

Score (circle score

awarded)

a) development of the site for housing would have no detrimental local ecological impact

5

b) development of the site for housing would result in some adverse local ecological impact but there is scope for mitigation

While the habitats on site are not particularly important, the matrix of habitats provides some wildlife value. The established hedgerows and developing wooded area on site provide good bird habitat and should be buffered and retained.
