SEND GREETING: Upon the petition of John Edmond

Hewitt, residing at No. 850 Park Ave nue, in the City and County of New York. State of New York,

You and each of you are hereby cited to show cause before our said* Surrogate's Court of the County of Westches ter at the Surrogate's office in the City of White Plains on the 23rd day of Sep tember, 1958, at ten-thirty o'clock in the forenoon of that day, why a judicial settlement should not be had of the ac counts of John Edmond Hewitt, the above named petitioner, as Successor Trustee under the last Will and Testament of Mary Ann Astor Woodcock, deceased, who at the time of her death resided in the Town of Bedford, in the County of Westchester and SJate of New York, why the Will of decedent should not be construed by the Court and a direction made that one-half the total net trust funds in this estate be distributed to John B .Maddock and that as to the other one-half of the total net trust funds the Court determine what persons are entitled thereto and in what proportions; .why the requested payment of $12,000.00 for legal services to the Successor Trustee should not be approved; and why the petitioner should not have such, other and further relief as to the Court may seem just and proper. Dated. Attested and Sealed. Jul. 10th, 1958

HON. JOHN J. DILLON Surrogate, Westchester County James S. May Clerk
