WHAT YOUWILL COVER

Developing PersonalLeadership

Build Trust, Credibility and Respect

“Most training programs focus on the ‘what’ and ‘how’ for management but often come up short with the intangible skills needed for execution. Take an exercise program for an example. You can learn the workout equipment, what it does and how to use it, however you need music to make a successful exercise program. Music motivates. It infl uences. It enhances performance. Music has individual style. The NAAEI Leadership Experience provides insight into the intangible skills needed by leaders to develop their style, motivate, infl uence, and enhance performance. This is a fantastic course that shows how to play the music for your teams.”

- Michael Werner Executive VP of Portfolio Management, TriBridge Residential, Atlanta, GA

Before the program, participants complete an assessment, Pro les Performance Indicator, which helps them focus on developing skills and changing behaviors. A post-program assessment will measure training e ectiveness. Participants commit to their manager to improve a system or process that will lead to a measurable ROI. Participants share their progress, by webinar, 60 days after the program concludes.

Measure the Results of the Leadership Experience

“The NAAEI Leadership Experience was challenging and impactful. The course allowed all participants to have individual and group contributions and provided the opportunity to create stronger networks and alliances within our industry. This is a great way to strengthen, grow and invest in your senior leadership teams—‘leader-makers’ will enhance your organization and propel you to the next level!”

- Ryan Perez, CAM Director of Strategic Marketing and Performance, Cortland Partners, Atlanta, GA
