1. A company uses a Logo to advertise itself. The logo is symmetrical.

(a) Copy the figure onto squared paper.

(b) Complete the logo so that the dotted line is a line of symmetry. (4)

2. Ask your teacher for the shape stencil or shape template.

Choose one of the shapes and use it to draw a tiling on a piece of plain paper.Show at least 10 tiles in your drawing. (2)

3. This square has an area of 1 square centimetre.

4. A tiler, tiling the wall of a room is using 16 rows of tiles as shown.

He can decide on the number of wall tiles he needs by
