Nonwoven materials are ideal in hospital settings because of their fluid retention and dispersion properties, in particular as the main component for quilted fabrics and all incontinence products.
The nonwoven materials we develop for institutions, such as for bandages and dressings, also feature low fiber linting, a welcome characteristic for patients as well as for medical staff.
Disposable or Durable Absorbent Products
In the field of absorbent products, over the past few years, we have developed a multitude of nonwoven materials with different weights (up to 650 g/m2), fiber blends and finish types which are already used in numerous applications in health institutions. We provide the industry with a wide range of nonwoven materials for the manufacturing of disposable washcloths, from the thin to the thick, as well as materials that are very resistant, even non-tearable, with or without antibacterial agents, in rolls or in precut format.

Our production equipment has the capacity to manufacture nonwoven materials carefully designed for use as the main component of household or commercial cleaning wipes. We can work with a multitude of criteria (type of fibers, denier and fiber length, weight, needling density, finishing, etc.) in order to design a product that is absorbent and soft, or more or less abrasive, depending on the specific performance sought after.
Multilayer Products
We can also manufacture composite products (multilayered) having different characteristics and textures on both sides – a soft surface and a more abrasive one for instance – and in different colors if so desired. One product with two functions.
Cleaning Wipes with an Antibacterial Agent
Our current nonwoven materials for cleaning wipes are available in different versions, ranging from 70 to 650 g/m2, white or colored, and in a large variety of finishes depending on the application. We can also add an antibacterial agent or even a soap formula to our own substrates or act as a subcontractor and work on a substrate provided by our client.
