PROJECT : SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE

CONSTRUCTION OF EXTENSION ROOM AT OVERSEER’S OFFICE AT MAXIMUM SECURITY COMPOUND

LOCATION : BUREAU OF CORRECTIONS MUNTINLUPA CITY SCOPE OF WORK :

1. Excavation for footing and columns.

2. Installation of 4”x 6”x 6mm I beam post on top of concrete column with base plate, machine bolt with washer and nuts.

3. Installation of 4”CHB wall with cement plastered finished at front ground floor.

4. Use 4”x 6”x 6mm I beam for mezzanine floor beam in full weld.

5. Use 2 x 4 x 2mm tubular bars on floor joist and 2 x 2 x 2mm bridging and ¾ thick plywood flooring.

6. For stairs use 2 x 5 x 2mm tubular bars.

7. Use 9mm thick gypsum board double walling for mezzanine floor walling and 9mm thick gypsum board for ground floor ceiling.

8. For main door and mezzanine floor door, use flush type door. Use 6mm thick fixed glass window at ground floor and 6mm thick

sliding glass window at mezzanine floor.

9. Re-wiring of electrical wires.

10. Painting of whole extension room.
