Vehicles leased under the DRIVE Program are for the personal use of the center employee who has attained DRIVE status.

DRIVE Program benefits cannot be transferred to other individuals through a lease assumption or by any other means.

DRIVE participant must retain ownership of the vehicle for a minimum of 12 months. Early termination of DRIVE contract will result in chargeback of any DRIVE allowance paid to the dealer. BMW of North America reserves the right to exclude violators from future program participation.

DRIVE leasees is limited to One (1) vehicle per calendar year and will be strictly enforced. DRIVE winners will continue to qualify for the CEP Program. The DRIVE vehicle will not count toward the three (3) CEP limit.

DRIVE participants are required to complete a participation agreement. This participation agreement must accompany the contract when submitted to BMW FS for funding. By signing the participation agreement, employee agrees to abide by the program parameters outlined in the DRIVE Program Operations Guide.

DRIVE participants must provide a copy of their most recent pay stub from the dealership of employment. Also, a print screen of the center employee’s DEMS record must be provided. An example is referenced below.

All credit applications must be submitted to BMW FS as a DRIVE deal. Vehicles must be RDR’d using Retail Type D- Recognition. The program benefits associated with the DRIVE Program are available to those Center

Employees only who have achieved Presidents Club status, Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze Levels in 2016 PIA. DRIVE participant must be employed at an authorized BMW Dealer at the time of lease inception.

All DRIVE participants must be properly enrolled in DEMS. Eligibility is determined by each individual’s 2016 PIA result. If you have questions regarding your

Adherence to these procedures will ensure proper funding and allow for the applicable market allowances to be paid in a timely manner. Failure to follow these procedures will cause delays in the funding of a contract and payment of the DRIVE Program Market Allowance and Delivery Fee.

DRIVE Program 2017

DRIVE Program 2017 Participation Agreement

This program is a benefit that is provided to you as a DRIVE Program Participant. It is not meant to be shared with individuals who do not have a relationship with the Center. As a DRIVE Program Participant, this benefit is afforded to you. Vehicles that are leased must be leased in the qualifying Participant’s name and must be garaged at the participant’s address. This Participation Agreement must be sent to BMW Financial Services along with the Funding packet. Failure to comply will result in the deal being placed on hold. Participant agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in the Operations Guide (available on Centernet) for the DRIVE Program 2017. Per the terms and conditions, the benefits of this program cannot be transferred to any other individual either through a lease assumption or any other means. Furthermore, these exclusive employee programs limit the number of vehicles one may acquire in a calendar year to one (1) vin based upon DRIVE Program eligibility. Benefits of these programs are contingent upon the participant being properly enrolled in DEMS and the vehicle being RDR’d in DCS using the Retail Type D = Recognition. DRIVE Program vehicles must be in the name of the DRIVE winner’s name only as it appears in DEMS and must be garaged at the DRIVE winner’s address. DRIVE winner must be listed as the primary on the contract. DRIVE Program 2017 Participant must retain ownership of the vehicle for a minimum of 12 months and must be listed as the Primary Applicant on the Contract. Centers will be charged back for any DRIVE Program 2017 incentive payments if employee does not retain ownership for the required 12-month minimum period, or violates any other program terms and conditions. BMW of North America reserves the right to audit at any time and exclude violators from future program participation. Please review the Check List below that all information is provided for processing. By signing below, applicant acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions outlined in this statement and the applicable Operations Guide.

DRIVE Program 2017

The DRIVE Program 2017 has been designed to reward outstanding performance by Sales and Aftersales Professionals by providing an enhanced Lease/Owners Choice Program on a New vehicle through BMW Financial Services. The DRIVE Program 2017 is available to those individuals who have achieved Presidents Club status, Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze Level in the 2016 Profiles in Achievement Program. Remember, in order to be eligible for President’s Club, the participant must have achieved Platinum Level for five (5) consecutive years.

To be Eligible to Participate, President’s Club, Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze Level winners: • Must be enrolled with an active status in the Center Employee Management (DEMS) System. • Center must be AVP compliant. • Must be employed at an authorized BMW Center at the time of vehicle delivery. Participant is

eligible to lease a qualifying vehicle that the BMW Center that he/she is employed at is authorized to sell and service.

• For President’s Club Level – the participant must have achieved Platinum for five (5) consecutive years.

Program Rules • Every employee that participates in the DRIVE Program 2017 will be required to complete a

participation agreement. This participation agreement must accompany the contract when submitted to BMW FS for funding. By signing the participation agreement, employee agrees to abide by the program parameters outlined in the DRIVE Program 2017 Operations Guide.

• Program Dates: March 1, 2017 – April 2, 2018. All vehicles must be delivered by April 2, 2018. DRIVE vehicles cannot be contracted and delivered after the program deadline.

• VEHICLES MUST BE RDR’d USING RETAIL TYPE D = Recognition. • PIA Winners are eligible for one (1) DRIVE vehicle per calendar year and does not count

towards the three (3) vehicle CEP limit. • Center agrees to lease vehicle to President’s Club/Platinum/Gold/Silver/Bronze winner at invoice

minus the DRIVE Market Allowance and any other applicable cash allowances. • BMW of North America will publish a list of eligible vehicles and provide a DRIVE Market

Allowance for qualifying vehicles. Center agrees to reduce the purchase price of vehicle by the amount of the DRIVE Market Allowance.

• DRIVE Lease Vehicles do not qualify for AVP. • Vehicle can be ordered or taken from Center inventory. Ordered vehicles must be delivered by

April 2, 2018. There will be no program extension for ordered vehicles that cannot be delivered by April 2, 2018.

• BMW of North America, LLC reserves the right to exclude and include certain models from the DRIVE Program 2017 at its discretion.

• A list of eligible models and DRIVE Market Allowance amounts will be posted on the PIA website and Centernet.

• Centers will be paid a delivery fee of $650 for each eligible vehicle delivered under the DRIVE Program 2017.

• DRIVE Program Participant must retain ownership of the vehicle for a minimum of 12 months. BMW Centers will be charged back for any DRIVE Program vehicle incentive payments if employee does not retain ownership for the required 12 month ownership period. BMW of North America reserves the right to exclude violators from future program participation.

• The DRIVE Program 2017 vehicle must be listed in the name of the DRIVE winner as it appears in DEMS and must be garaged at the DRIVE winner’s address. DRIVE winner must be listed as the primary on the contract.

Lease Terms • BMW FS will waive the Security Deposit and Acquisition Fee for all qualified DRIVE Program

2017 Participants. • Lease term for all DRIVE Program 2017 Participant Leases is 24-42 months through BMW FS. • DRIVE participant is eligible for current Sales Support rate and residual programs. If no Sales

Support is available, regional rates apply. To “lock-in” a specific program, submit a credit application prior to program expiration. Standard program eligibility guidelines apply.

• DRIVE Participant Lease contracts must be written at published rates. DRIVE Participant contracts cannot be marked up and are not eligible for center reserve payments.

• Vehicles that are leased must be leased in the qualifying Participant’s name and must be garaged at the participant’s address.

• DRIVE Program participants must meet current BMW FS credit guidelines for approval. • All leases are to be written in accordance with current BMW FS lease policies. DRIVE

participants must meet current BMW FS credit guidelines for approval. • Low/High mileage leases should be calculated in accordance with BMW FS current mileage

policy. • Multiple Security Deposit Program may be used in conjunction with the DRIVE Program 2017

Participant Lease Program. If the Multiple Security Deposit is a condition for credit approval, no discount applies.

• DRIVE Participant is responsible for all End of Term Charges associated with the Lease vehicle at the conclusion of the contract.

• Any End of Term Charges from a prior BMW Financial Services contract must be satisfied in full before signing a new BMW Financial Services Lease Contract. This includes, but is not limited to, Profiles in Achievement vehicles, All Employee Lease vehicles, and any other BMW Financial Services Lease contract which has expired prior to funding a new contract.

• All DRIVE Lease vehicles are required purchases under the Full Circle Program and should be returned to the original center at the conclusion of the contract. Any vehicles consigned will require the use of a mulligan.

• Should the DRIVE participant opt to purchase the vehicle at lease end, the purchase price will be contractual residual.

• After lease inception, DRIVE Leases cannot be assigned to or assumed by another individual.

• Vehicles must be RDR’d using Retail Type D = Recognition.

Additional Terms and Conditions • DRIVE participants are responsible for all taxes, title, registration, and insurance costs. • Only new vehicles qualify. BMW NA company vehicles, Sales Demos, SLP Program vehicles and

CPO vehicles are not eligible. Previously reported vehicles and European Delivery vehicles do not qualify. Previously reported vehicles cannot be backed out for inclusion in the DRIVE Program 2017.

• The DRIVE Program 2017 is available for those individuals who are currently enrolled in DEMs at a participating AVP compliant center.

• Vehicles leased under the DRIVE Program 2017 are for the personal use of the DRIVE Participant only.

• Participating Centers must make the program available to all eligible, qualifying PIA President’s Club, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Level Winners.

• The DRIVE Program 2017 cannot be combined with any other special purchase programs including, but not limited to, purchase incentive certificate offers, Direct Mail Marketing Certificate offers, European Deliveries, BMW CCA Membership Reward Program, VIP or any Corporate Fleet Programs, Drive Event Programs or Conquest Certificate Programs.

• Vehicles contracted or reported to someone other than the qualifying DRIVE Participant do not qualify.

• After lease inception, DRIVE Program 2017 Participant Lease cannot be assigned to or assumed by another individual.

• There will be no substitution of award if the qualifying President’s Club, Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze Level winner decides not to participate in the DRIVE Program 2017.

• The DRIVE Program 2017 can only be used by those eligible PIA members who have achieved President’s Club, Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze Level status for 2016. The DRIVE Program cannot be transferred or assumed by another individual.

• Vehicles must be RDR’d using Retail Type D = Recognition.

Vehicles Leased or Financed through BMW FS • Individuals must submit an Employee Credit Application via InfoBahn. Select Credit Application –

Employee under Retailer Services. Fill in your first and last name as they appear in the Remote User Administration system. You must also include your employee number and verify your eligibility. The remainder of the credit application will appear as a normal credit application. Do verify that the Employee Lease box is checked under Applicable Programs.

• The employee number field in InfoBahn is 9 characters. The 9 character field must be fully populated. Example, employee number is 12345. Please enter as 000012345.

• Individuals with CenterSpeed access can find their Employee ID number by logging onto www.centerspeed.net and selecting DCSnet. From the DCSnet menu select Administration Center Employee Management System (DEMS). Individuals will be brought to the “Employee Profile Tab" screen and the Employee ID number is displayed on that screen.

• Individuals that do not have CenterSpeed access should contact their Center’s DEMS administrator who can access the information. DEMS administrators will see a list window of all DRIVE Program 2017 Participants upon login to DEMS. Click on the Account ID for the individual and you will see the Employee ID number. If there is no account for the individual in DEMS, then an account needs to be created.

• Center will be notified of the credit decision through the InfoBahn process that is currently in place.

• DRIVE Program 2017 Leases are eligible for Self-Serve Funding and are encouraged to utilize this service. Please make sure to select the applicable DRIVE Program 2017 Lease.

• A DRIVE Form must be submitted to funding along with the contract. The DRIVE Program 2017 Participant Lease Form is located in InfoBahn under Printable Forms.

• Individual eligibility will be verified as part of the funding process. Contracts submitted by ineligible centers/employees or for ineligible vehicles or with missing information will be returned for re-contracting.

• On-Line acceptance of program terms and conditions through CenterNet must be completed prior to submission of contract for funding.

• Contracts for DRIVE vehicles will not be funded unless the vehicle is properly retailed through DCSnet. Vehicles must be reported retailed through DCSNet with a Retail Type: D = Recognition vehicle, it will be put in a pending status until the retail type has been corrected.

• Vehicles must be RDR’d using Retail Type D = Recognition.

Retail Reporting and Payment of Delivery Fee and Market Allowance • Vehicles must be RDR’d using Retail Type D = Recognition. • Payment of the $650 delivery fee and applicable market allowance are contingent upon the

following: 1. DRIVE vehicles are to be retailed via DCSNet using the Retail Type D = Recognition. 2. The DRIVE winner must be entered as both the driver and the lessee on the retail record. 3. BMW FS will verify retail reporting prior to funding a qualifying DRIVE Program 2017 Lease

contract.

• Attempts to participate in the DRIVE Program 2017 by centers not eligible to participate or the submission of ineligible/falsified employees to the program may lead to a disqualification of the center and/or employee’s future eligibility to participate in the DRIVE Program.

Centers will be charged back for any DRIVE Program incentive payments if employee does not retain ownership for the required 12-month minimum period, or violates any other program terms and conditions. BMW of North America reserves the right to audit at any time and exclude violators from future program participation. By signing below, applicant acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions outlined in this statement and the applicable Operations Guide.

This participation agreement must accompany the contract when submitted to BMW FS for funding. By signing the participation agreement, employee agrees to abide by the program parameters outlined in the DRIVE Program 2017 Operations Guide.

REMINDER – DRIVE Program participants must meet current BMW FS credit guidelines for approval.

The DRIVE Program vehicle must be in the name of the DRIVE winner as it appears in DEMS and must be garaged at the DRIVE winner’s address. DRIVE winner must be listed as the primary on the contract.

DRVE Program benefits cannot be transferred to other individuals through a lease assumption or by any other means.

DRIVE Program Participant must retain ownership of the vehicle for a minimum of 12-months. BMW Centers will be charged back for any DRIVE Program vehicle incentive payments if employee does not retain ownership for the required 12-month ownership period. BMW of North America reserves the right to exclude violators from future program participation.
