Train ride to El Paso, Texas, to New Mexico on bus to Carlsbad Caverns then toured

Juarez, Mexico. Rode train through Dallas, Fort Worth & Houston touring all.

EL and Vaughan escape to ride all the exciting new rides (Vaughan gets lost {and scared} and turns himself into the authorities). Vaughan is

supper happy to be reunited to Mom.

Three weeks in Australia (Down Under): Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Phillips

Island, Brisbane, stopped in Tahiti going to Fiji went back through Melbourne (where

she bought opal rings for Ed, EL and Vaughan). Also went to Alice Springs and

Aynes Rock.

Ocho Rios, Jamaica and toured by boat and on to Panama Canal to see locks change,

to Aruba and Columbia, South America again with Nancy Page.

Chamonix, Annecy, France. EL was married in Annec. She stayed for twelve days in

Chamonix. While in France she took a tour of Geneva.

Fish Camp and Museum of the Arctic, Denali. Mt McKinley, Fair Banks, Trans Atlantic Pipeline

tour, Beaver Creek, Yukon Territory, Gold Rush Trail of '98, Klondike National Park,

Mendenhaul Glacier, Juneau, Vancouver, BC, Glacier Bay National Park, Sitka and Rotterdam
