Talented all-round sports girl, Year 6 student, Jane Lemon, has qualified to represent the Riverina in another sport. Last Friday, Jane was selected in the Riverina girls’ touch football team which will play in the state championships to be held in Wagga in July. Jane was chosen in the Riverina netball team on the Monday before the touch football event, so to make two Riverina teams, especially in the one week, is a fantastic achievement. Over the years, Jane has represented the Riverina in swimming, cross country and athletics, so to add the netball and touch football to Riverina representation, is quite outstanding. It also shows Jane’s good attitude and ability to be a great team player. Well done Jane-we are very proud of you!
