Data Manager Responsibilities and General Tasks Greet Parents and Assist with Registration Admit/Enroll & Withdraw Students Process Free & Reduced Lunch Applications Maintain Entry/Withdrawal Logs Process Records eSIS Data Entry and Updates… Testing, Immunizations, Homeless, 504, Homebound, Manage Marks, Discipline, etc.. Provide Temporary Bus Assignments Process and Maintain School/Student Schedules Collaborate with School Staff Produce and Provide Quality Data Be Customer Friendly! Be a Team Player!

Team Lead Responsibilities Data Manager tasks Coordinate and lead center-based tasks and activities Ensure coverage of data management tasks (backup procedures) Field all e-mails generated to the Center’s e-mail account Serve as Tier 1 support Direct liaison between the Center and CO Schedule Center meetings, as necessary, to address processes, training needs, etc. Oversee inventory of materials and supplies Review monthly PMRs for schools Submit center-based E/W Logs Review and manage data manager timesheets Ensure coverage during Center operation hours
