Team Green Britain Bike week is a national celebration of cycling – and the UK’s largest mass participation cycling event. With over half a million people joining in last years nationwide events, the event reaches
out to a families, schools and companies – exactly the sort of people our radio stations broadcast to.
Selected stations from the FRS Portfolio will joining in the nationwide fun in a variety of ways - from giving out tips to help listeners get ready for the rides, to getting their DJs out there on two wheels too!
Our local stations are all set to get set go, and with a Sponsorship/ Promotion, your brand can ride on the success of the week!

Six Week Sponsorship
We propose a bespoke 6 week Sponsorship, beginning mid May and continuing up to and including National Bike Week – June 18th- 26th, across 5 of our radio groups, covering key
areas of the UK. As the Nation Bike Week approaches, it’s the ideal time to start thinking about health and
fitness. This sponsorship is the perfect way to reach both the health-conscious, and those who could
do with a little encouragement! A series of 40 second trails will be played out 3 times a day , and changed weekly. They will
consist of a variety of top tips for fitness perfection, and easy, do-able ways to keep healthy!
A webpage will further enhance the effectiveness of this sponsorship. It will include a hyperlink to the National Bike Week website as well as other promotional information
and graphics.
Live reads will notify listeners of events in their area, and push to the website for more information.
