Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL)September 22, 7pmSeniors stay active and independent! This class is designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class can be modified depending on fitness levels. This class meets for 12 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Sept. 22 through Dec. 17th. Join the Library and instructors from UCO’s Center for Active Living & Learning for fun and fitness! Participants should have a chair and level surface free of tripping hazards to participate. Optional equipment: hand weights, water bottle, and towel. This project makes no distinctions on the grounds of race, color, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, religion, or disability.
