3. NHMA partnership to support mentoring programs (NHLA and White House Appointment programs)
4. Set National Benchmarks to monitor progress of the pipeline
Hispanic Workforce DiversityConclusion:
From Presidential Executive Order # 13583
“Our nation derives strength from the diversity of its population and from its commitment to equal opportunity for all. We are at our best when we draw on the talents of all parts of our society, and our greatest accomplishments are achieved when diverse perspectives are brought to bear to overcome our greatest challenges”
Hispanic Workforce DiversityInfrastructure and Executive Order allow us
the possibility to take a seat at the decision making table
Our responsibility: to focus on Policy that will supply HHS with Executive Physicians
Establishment of Pipeline will ultimately provide HHS with a sustainable supply of Hispanic leaders and the federal government
