To register for an NDT workshop, please complete the following form with your requested workshop dates and email to nts@qcccanada.com. We will get back to you to confirm the time or, if the date(s) is/are unavailable, to reschedule for another time.

For employees of union companies under the collective bargaining agreement of the QCCC, please read the promissory note on the

registration package. You will be asked to sign this form when you arrive for your workshop. If you choose NOT to sign the

promissory note, you will be expected to pay for the workshops in full prior to the start of the training; please fill out all credit card information requested below.

Non-Union Affiliated Company Technicians or Those Not Signing the Promissory Note, Looking for Exam Prep:

The full amount of the workshop is required upon registration and if the applicant should fail to attend the above stated workshop

without 7 days written notice or providing a replacement, the applicant will forfeit the full cost of the workshop. If the applicant

provides more than 7 days written notice, they will be entitled to a refund minus the cost of a 10% cancellation and administration

fee. The refund will be provided in the same form as the original payment (i.e., credit card).
