The NATO PROJECT OFFICE (NPO) must
ensure:
• that the personnel attending any Bidders’
Conference are adequately cleared and records
of participants are kept;
• that contractors received only information
according to their clearance level
• that prospective contractors and unsuccessful
bidders return the information
