To start a discussion, click on Add New Discussion

The ‘Add a Transaction’ feature will be used the most often.

All withdrawals need to be approved by your group’s advisorand Student Senate’s Chair of Appropriations before the Business Office can write a check.

You will be notified of the approval through Community

When making a deposit through Communitythis will only update your transactionsthrough the system

You will still need to bring the depositto the Business Office for an actual depositwith the deposit form
