Manage Projects: Add Resource your data will be automatically uploadedinto your project ID if data was generated in the Duke Microarray Facility. If you choose to add more relevant files, select Add Resource.choose to add more relevant files, select Add Resource.

Manage Projects: Add Resource – Individual file
Select individual file to upload from desktopAutomatically classifies file type, if not select file type
Give description of file
Select Public if wanting file to be accessed via web site or by other accounts
Manage Projects: Add Resource – Batch upload
Select Directory where the data resides, i.e.home directory. Inside the directory a folder labeledexpress must exist and inside that folder,a folder labeledwith the project ID must exist (i.e 1383). Inside the project ID folderis the files that need to be uploaded.
Type in descriptionType in description, can be filled in for all
Specify file type, typically automatically recognized Specify if the file should be
publically accessible, need tobe public if posted on a web site.

Once the data has been uploaded you will see this page
Then this page… and then you will beasked if you want to download the dataas a winzip file.
Manage Projects: Manage Files allows you to download data, copy it to another folder, and make it available to others to view if needed
