SonarCharts™ is an HD bathymetry map, great for locating fishing areas and revealing more bottom contour detail. Thanks to a proprietary process developed over many years, Navionics integrates existing data with our own survey data and sonar logs received from the Navionics Community to reveal maximum chart detail. Online updates to the SonarCharts™ are available daily allowing for timely bathymetric charts that reflect ever-changing conditions.

Basically, anyone with a sonar device can plumb the marine depths to discover any kind of relief as channels and deep holes never indicated on maps before!Sonar logs uploaded online through navionics.com are processed and new data is integrated into the SonarCharts™ layer.

Navionics, the leader in electronic charts for the boating market, launched successful mobile apps on Apple and Android platforms several years ago. This year, three new In-App Purchases are now available on Apple in addition to Nav Module offered last year.

Navionics+ includes Map Updates for a period of 12 months and award winning SonarCharts™.SonarCharts™ is a HD bathymetry map, great for locating fishing areas and revealing more bottom contour detail. It reflects ever-changing conditions by integrating sonar logs from the Navionics Community with existing data.SonarCharts™ is available in Italy, most of Europe, United States, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Persian Gulf and Middle East and is under progressive deployment in the rest of the world. Visit navionics.com to check the coverage area. Navionics+ can be purchased from version 4.7 iPhone & iPad apps. Prices start from 4,49 to 34,99 € on iPhone and from 21,99 to 59,99 € on iPad according to the selected area.

Autorouting: routes are planned automatically in a quick, easy way. Simply select your destination with a tap on the map, Autorouting will chart the course! Before installing Autorouting, users will be directed to Nav Module, the basic enhanced navigation feature.Autorouting is available from version 4.6 iPhone and iPad apps, and can be purchased for 3.59 € on iPhone and 4.49 € on iPad.

Advanced Map Options includes a complete tool set to manage the map: Shallow Area, Depth Shading

and Depth Contours. A dedicated option for anglers is also available to easily locate depth range and indicate key fishing areas. Advanced Map Options is available starting from version 4.5 with a one-time charge of € 3.59 on iPhone and € 4.49 on iPad.

In 2014, Navionics will align all its Android apps features with those developed for Apple and will continue on its innovative course presenting new products for the market.
