NAXOS MUSIC LIBRARY IS THE MOSTCOMPREHENSIVE COLLECTION OF CLASSICAL MUSIC

AVAILABLE ONLINE

Naxos is the world’s leading producer of classical music. Naxos produces more new recordings than any other label or corporate entity. The library offers the complete Naxos and Marco Polo catalogues as well as educational products and a growing range of historical recordings* featuring the biggest performers in the history of classical music. We have added thousands of titles of over 770 other independent labels including the complete catalogues or selected

recordings of BIS, Capriccio, Chandos, CPO, CSO Resound, Decca, Deutsche Grammophon, Erato, Dynamic, Finlandia, Grand Piano, Hänssler Classic, Harmonia Mundi, Hungaroton, LSO Live, Marco Polo, Naïve, Naxos, New York Philharmonic, Nimbus, Nonsuch, Ondine, Orfeo, PentaTone, RCA Records, Sony Classical, Teldec, Universal Classics, Vanguard Classics, Warner Classics, Warner Classics – Parlophone (former EMI Classics) and many more, and will continue to include leading independent labels from around the world.

Naxos is the only label, independent or major, with a substantial commitment to music education offering a wide range of educational products. Naxos also provides music to all major educational book publishers such as McGraw-Hill, WW Norton and Prentice Hall.

Naxos Music Library is owned by Naxos Digital Services, part of the Naxos Group of Companies. We have our own team of musicologists, programmers and designers backing up the service. We offer in the subscription a complete set of tools designed for academic institutions to manage usage in their libraries.

Value for moneyNaxos has stood for a combination of first-class performances and recorded sound at an affordable price. The Naxos Music Library offers the same outstanding value-for-money proposition. Naxos owns all the recordings in the Naxos and Marco Polo catalogues outright, paying licence fees only to repertoire licensed from third-party labels.

Online content saves time, money and space With the Naxos Music Library, no lost or damaged CDs need ever to be replaced. No more worries about lack of shelf space. Multiple copies are no longer required.
