Six men and a woman were hanged at Kermanshah's Dizel Abad Prison yesterday at

dawn.

Nastaran Safari, 26, charged with murder and condemned to 'Qesas' (execution) was

hanged on Monday October 21st. She was in prison for seven years.

These seven executions were not announced by Iran's official media or judiciary's

Islamic Republic's judiciary executed Habibollah Golpari Poor.

One of his lawyers confirmed the report and said: "Last night exactly at midnight,

Habibollah was taken to the gallows and executed from

Quarantine Ward at Orumieh Central Prison."

"The family and relatives of this political activist have

gathered in front of Orumieh's Imam Hospital since this

morning," the lawyer added.

Habibollah was arrested early fall of 2009 by Mahabad

IRGC Intelligence Protection forces and went under

psychological and physical tortures in detention centers of Mahabad, Orumieh,

Sanandaj and Semnan Cities.

Iran's judiciary charged this Kurd citizen with 'membership in opposition Kurd

parties', 'acting against national security' and 'Moharebeh (enmity with God)' and

Zahedan's general prosecutor, Mohammad Marzieh, declared the

execution of 16 members of terrorist grouplets who are against

the establishment.

"These inmates were executed this morning in retaliation to the

last night's terrorist act in Saravan in which the border guards

were martyred," stated Marzieh. (Asr-e Iran, ISNA news agency,

Reza Ismaili (Mamadi), 34, son of Tofiq, a villager from around Salmas City who

was arrested in early-summer of 2009 by security forces and

was condemned to death charged with 'Moharebeh' (enmity

with God) through 'having propagating activities and

cooperation with Kurdistan Free Life Party (Pezhak) was

hanged at Slamas's prison in the morning of Oct. 26th.

The Iranian government buried his body in the city's cemetery

without informing the family and lawyer of this political prisoners but his family

and relatives along with a number of Kurd citizens dug out his body and transferred

A man smuggling 4.800 kg of 'crack' (a synthetic drug) was executed this morning

at Gachsaran's prison."The youth from Gachsaran was executed at the prison. Mr.

B.Z. committed the drug offence in 2008," cited Afshin Naraki, the prison's

Jazi Darvishzadeh, a woman villager from Kalan Kani Village from environs of

Tergoor in Orumieh, was executed in the city on Oct. 26th charged with drug

offences.

"Last year two of Jazi Darvishzadeh's children were arrested. Her son was executed

which imposed psychological pressure on her daughter who died later from heart

attack at prison," stated and informed source from inside of Orumieh Central Prison.

Sistan & Baluchistan Province judiciary revealed the names of the recent terrorist

event's convicts who were hanged yesterday at Zahedan Central Prison:

1. Nazer Mullah Zehi, son of Habib

2. Mehrollah Rigi Mahernia, son of Mohammad Reza

3. Abdolvahab Rigi, son of Mohammad Reza

4. Habibollah Rigi Nejad Shoraki, son of Mohammad

5. Saeed Narooie, son of Mirza

6. Hamed Vekalat, Son of Abdolhakim

7. Suleiman Miaee Son of John Ahmad

8. Ahmad Bahram Zehi, son of Gol Mohammad-All the above mentioned were

charged with 'Moharebeh' (enmity with God), 'corruption on earth for being a

member and cooperating with the Jond Al Sheitan grouplet' and 'participating

at the province's terror events during the recent years'.

9. Azam Gorgij, daughter of Gomshad charged with carrying and storage of 20

kg of Heroin and being armed

10. Davood Mir Baluch Zehi, son of Abdolrashid for carrying and storage of 15

kg of heroin

11. Hasan Rezaie, son of Mirza for carrying and storage of 20 kg of heroin

12. Habib Toota Zehi, son of Mohammad Akbar for carrying and storage of 133

kg of heroin and 9 kg of Morphine

13. Nasser Shahbakhsh, son of Mohammad Hasan for carrying and storage of 10

kg of heroin

14. Ahmad Dehmardeh, son of Khoda Rahm for carrying and storage of 13 kg of

heroin and 50 kg of opium

15. Hossein Barahooie, son of Faiz Mohammad for carrying and storage of 8 kg

of heroin and 33 kg of opium

16. Najibollah Bahadori son of Amir for carrying and storage of 5 kg of heroin

The decrees issued for all the executed was carried out after undergoing their due

An individual was hanged yesterday in Khoram Abad of Lorestan Province charged

with being a member and cooperating with the 'Abdolmalek Rigi Grouplet'.

The decree for execution was issued by the country's Supreme Court on 28 July

2013 and was carried out in the presence of the file's judge at Parsilon Prison in

Deputy prosecutor at Sari's Revolution Judiciary Complex, Mofid Zare'ie declared

the execution of a convict in Sari and stated: "The accused, F.J. was condemned to

death by branch 2 of Sari Revolution Court for the storage of 9.420 kg of 'Crack'.

The decree was approved and validated by the country's general prosecutor.

The accused was hanged at Sari's prison today in the morning." (Mehr news agency,

Semnan Province judiciary declared the execution of a drug trafficker based on a

decree from Semnan Islamic Court.

The report said: "The culprit, M.S. was from Afghanistan and was condemned to

death by Semnan Revolution Court for carrying and storage of 997 gr of 'Crack'."

A Kurd resident, Rahim Rashidi, son of Jafar was hanged at Shiraz Central Prison at

dawn of Oct. 30th.

It is said that he was charged with drug offenses.

Rahim Rashidi was 50, and had 5 children. He was confined at Shiraz Central

Prison for 4 years.

Another report said that 2 other individuals were also hanged this morning charged

with drug trafficking at Shiraz Adel Abad Prison. Their identity is unknown.

Kurdistan Province's judiciary and security officials are trying to carry out the

approved decree of execution for two Kurd prisoners of

conscience, Zaniar and Loqman Moradi, as soon as

possible.

The two, from Iran's Kurdistan, were arrested on 5

August 2009 by Marivan intelligence forces and were

condemned to death charged with 'Moharebeh (enmity

with God) through membership in a Kurdish party'.

The decree was approved at the revision and Supreme courts.

These two inmates never accepted the charges and said this was a scenario laid out

by the Intelligence Ministry.

They published a 'letter of suffering' and stated they had to make false confessions

under harsh physical and psychological tortures.

Zaniar and Loqman are currently confined at Karaj's Rajaee Shahr Prison.

Ardebil Province judiciary's deputy, Khodadadi, stated: "The decree for using and

selling more than 30 gr of derivatives of heroin is execution."

He emphasized: "In our country the punishment for discovering more than 5 kg of

opium and 30 gr of heroin and its derivatives is execution according to the law."

The country's Supreme Court approved the decree of execution for four Kurd

political prisoners by the names of Sirvan Nezhavi, Ibrahim Isa Poor, Mansour

Arvand and Saman Nasim.

These four are currently transferred to solitary cells at Orumieh Prison along with

two other inmates by the names of Legzin Khani and Kamil Booti and their

The director manager of country's 'Blood Money Headquarter', Asadollah Joolaee

stated that the number of prisoners of 'unintentional crimes' who

are confined for not being able to make the payment is 8000.

"To free these people an amount of 45000 billion rials (about

Passed out but hindered from being deployed to hospital

Mostafa Daneshjo, the jailed lawyer of Gonabadi Dervishes, confined at ward 350

of Evin Prison, passed out on Wednesday evening, Oct. 23rd while taking a shower

and was transferred to the facility's clinic. He was prevented from being transferred

to a hospital outside the prison.

This jailed lawyer suffers from Asthma and

respiratory problems and has been transferred

several times during the recent months to hospital

as an emergency case because of respiratory

attacks. Forensic office has certified that he has

lost 40% of his lungs and must not be kept in

closed doors at all.

Mr. Daneshjoo, a lawyer active in defense of

Dervishes' rights lost his permission of practicing law for defending Dervishes and

was condemned to a 7-month prison term.

When he finished serving the term at Sari's prison another file was opened for him

and he was transferred to Tehran's Evin Prison.

After being detained illegally for months he was condemned to 7 years and six

months of hard labor imprisonment charged with 'foundation of the illegal group of

Majzooban-e Noor with the intention of disrupting national security', 'propagation

against the establishment', 'offending the leadership' and 'cooperation in disrupting

public order'. The court session was charired by Judge Salavati and the victim was

Mostafa Daneshjoo, a lawyer of Gonabadi Dervishes who

was transferred as an emergency case to a hospital after he

passed out is now hospitalized in CCU section.

During the last few days the prison's clinic had paid no

attention to his sudden and repeated faints and had

prevented the deployment of this political prisoner and

prisoner of conscience to a hospital. (Majzooban-e Noor- 28

Two Kurd citizens were condemned to 5 years and 9 months

imprisonment with hard labor on the whole by Revolution Court in

Mahabad.

These two, brothers, are Farooq and Farzad Samani.

Farooq is condemned to a 5-year term with hard labor charged with

'propagation against the establishment and cooperation with Kurdish

opposition parties'.

Farzad received the 9-month term on the same charges.

Farooq is a known artist in Mahabad having expertise in painting and animation.

was taken to jail.

One of Yahya's relatives said: "Yahya was arrested in 2011 by Iran's security agents

and was later released on bail but West Azerbaijan's revision court issued a decree

Mahabad Revolution Court issued a decree of a 5-year hard labor term for Khezr

Rasoul Morovat (Shah Mal).

This Kurd citizen and student activist was arrested late winter.

He was also previously arrested on mid-summer of 2008 and served 18 months at

A 15-year prison term for a Kurd political activist sanctioned by Supreme

Fifteen years of confinement was approved by the country's Supreme Court for

Samko Khelqati, a political activist charged with 'Moharabeh' (enmity with God)

because of membership in a Kurd opposition party.

Samko was arrested on 29 December 2009 in City of

Irak.

After few days of undergoing pressures and tortures

his interview was broadcasted from English language

Press TV.

He is 35, father of a child and is currently confined at

Karaj's Rajaee Shahr Prison.

Mr. Khelqati is a resident of City of Mahabad and has his BS in metallurgy from

and a theater student was arrested during the

protests of Hormozgan residents at the City of

Roodan.

Citizens of Roodan protested to the separation of a

part of Hormozgan province and its attachment to

Fars Province on Sunday in the main Roodan's

square.

The gathering turned to a clash when SSF interfered and the agents arrested some of

Intelligence ministry arrested a Kurd citizen in City of Ravansar

Haidar Mansouri, 25, from Ravansar was arrested and transferred to unknown

location by Iran security forces.

Haidar Mansouri is married having a two-year old child. He is accused of

cooperating with opposition Kurd parties and thus arrested.

The intelligence forces searched his residence and confiscated books, his cell phone

and some other personal belongings. (Kurdpa- 23 October 2013)

Basic freedom and rights abused

Deputy for inspection and surveillance of South Khorasan Province's Industry, Mine

and Business Organization, Elyas Joiban, stated that 952 files have been opened for

the violation of 952 economic guild units during the

first six months of the current year.

"During the first six months of the current year 30,250

inspections have been carried out," said Joiban and

added that 3912 clothing, bags and stationery units

were inspected and restated: "In that accord 165 records

of violation having a value of 1.222 billion rials were

opened and sent to the punishment department." (Fars

The third session of Kurdpoors' trial was held at the

presence of their lawyers.

Judge Javadi Kia indicted Khosro Kurdpoor with

'Moharebeh' (enmity with God), 'assembly and collusion

through effective connection with dissidents' and

'publishing the news about Kurdish regions'.

The session held on Monday was the last session and the

decree will probably be issued during the coming 15 days.

authorities to withdraw their charges regarding Kurdpoor brothers.

Ali Sultani Vash, the chief of SSF in Bonab declared the 'Plan for Improving Social

Protection' was carried out across the city and 31 guild units were searched and

sealed. He stated: "More than 2,317 guild units were closely controlled and

inspected. In that accord some illegal CDs and cases of illegal subjects were

discovered and confiscated from the shops. 1.236 units received the necessary

warnings and legal measures were taken by opening files for the owners of sealed

The social deputy of Gilan's police force, Mohammad Reza Jafari Khair Khah hold

satellite's role as critical in social disorders and said: "Satellite increases social

problems and disorders such as 'mal veiling'".

language and etc. this is an illogical demand they are asking from their parents and

the parents must

be aware of the fact," he cited and warned: "It is clearly stated in Iran Islamic

by being a member of Baha'is' educational institute'.

Orumieh Nazloui University's 'Herasat' (security forced) banned Ali Milani, a Kurd

senior student studying computer science from continuation of his education.

Ali tried to send SMSs by his cell phone to inform others about a student protest

gathering.

The university's authorities warned in case he continues his activities he will be

deprived from continuation of his education for good. (Kurdpa- 28 October 2013)

Chief of SSF, Ismail Ahmadi Moqadam explained about the

formation of Horse-riders Unit, Unit of Anti-riot Dogs and the

employment of female police in Especial Unit.

About the formation of female units, he stated: "One of the

problems we faced at the Especial Unit was that some

gatherings were all-female gatherings and male agents could

not enter the place so we decided to form a small all-female

unit in the Especial Unit so that we can control the gatherings." (ISNA news

Manizheh Hekmat, Pegah Ahangarani's mother

reported that this famous actress of Iranian cinema

is condemned to 18 months of hard labor sentence

by Judge Moqiseh at the primary court session.

"It is for three years that Pegah is banned from

leaving the country and thus was not able to attend

the festivals she was invited to abroad.

For example the movie 'Dar Band' for which this

actress has received 'the Crystalline Phonix' at 'Fajr Movie Festival' is now being

presented at a festival in Chicago without her presence," said Mrs. Hekmat.

Pegah Ahangarani was arrested at her residence on 10 July 2011 by five agents

probably from SSF intelligence protection, and was handed over to IRGC's
