STOPPING

If approaching a stop sign, light, yield, or another stopped car check your rear view mirror.

When stopped if you do not have a clear line of sight, ease forward so that you can see.

When stopping behind another vehicle always stop where you can see their back tires touching the pavement

JUDGING

Before entering traffic you must find a large enough gap in traffic

Depends on your maneuver and the speed of the other vehicle

Fresh green light- just turned Stale green light- long time Yellow- decide to stop or proceed Red- STOP
