I AM A LEADER READER SERIES by: Moya OjarigiLevel

13

Welcome to the I Am A Leader Reader Series. This series is designed to enhance your child's reading ability, critical thinking skills, and leadership qualities.

As they learn to read they will become more confident in their reading comprehension. As they become more confident readers ask them the critical thinking questions at the back of the book.

The best way to teach your child to read is by consistently reading to them for short periods of time. As a result this book was designed to be used over a span of five days for 15 minutes.

CONGRATULATIONS

NELSON MANDELALeader Story

Hi, my name is Nelson Mandela.

I am a leader.

I am from South Africa.

I wanted to help people live in a free land.

I was put in jail.

I was given a small cot and left to rot.

I told myself, "I will not rot."

I was given a small pot and left to rot.

I told myself, "I will not rot."

I did not have a lot.

I can do my best by helping another man not rot.

Even though I only had a pot and cot, I was thankful a lot.

I am a leader critical thinking questions. These questions are designed for your child to see the leader in themselves. Encourage leadership qualities in your child.
