exercise for a particular event. E.g. instead of a busy tone, a normal

extension user will be told ‘For Auto Call Back, dial 4’ whereas a

senior manager will be told this plus ‘To barge-in, dial 5’.

identifies the service provider as well as the type of trunk

savings by routing mobile calls via GSM network, landline calls via PRI/Analog Trunks and international calls

via SIP.
