3. Text of the proposed modification:

it and will getthe name of BPC included in the Generation License. In accordance to above, FEL submitted Licensee Proposed Modification Application to NEPRA for addition of 22 BPCs vide
its letter dated 21 August 2019 which has been approved by NEPRA on 31 December 2019 vide
its determination, Reference No. NEPRA/R/LAG-222/28995-6 I.
