Set up perimeter post a gatekeeper post security if needed

NERT Tasks In the Staging Area

Task Force Leader and Section Heads evaluate incidents (P&I) identify resources and needs (Logistics, P&I, Ops) create task force response plan (TFL and P&I) respond based on available information and

Demobilization (Shutdown)
