Charlotte Brooks Charlotte Brooks is a Technical Marketing Engineer for clustered Data ONTAP at NetApp. She has been at NetApp for almost 6 years and has written and presented extensively on various clustered Data ONTAP and Storage Management topics. Her current focus is on Nondisruptive Operations and Nondisruptive Upgrades.

Jay White Jay White is a Technical Marketing Engineer who has a combined 11 years at NetApp. Throughout this time he has authored many documents and delivered countless presentations on many NetApp technology areas including RAID, storage subsystems, storage hardware, SnapMirror, clustered Data ONTAP, transition/migration, Flash Pool, storage systems performance, and more. Jay is currently focused on clustered Data ONTAP transition.

Jeffrey Steiner Jeff bought his first NetApp in 1995 (ONTAP 3.0.3). After spending 10 years as a satisfied customer, he joined NetApp and spent 6 years with professional services before moving into an engineering role. He now spends his time helping improving the product portfolio to better serve our database customers.

Rachel Zhu Rachel Zhu is a virtualization expert at NetApp. She designs and implements end to end virtualization solutions and drives integration between storage and virtualization platform. She authors several virtualization best practice and deployment technical papers.

Neto from Brazil Neto from Brazil is a Consulting Systems Engineer at NetApp and a native brazilian (with a lot of honor). A seasoned IT and NetApp technology expert, Neto works in NetApp Customer Proof of Concept Labs in Research Triangle Park, USA where he helps customers address IT challenges with complex proof of concepts worldwide. For over 13 years, Neto worked extensively with several NetApp enterprise customers across industries worldwide. Neto is focused on bringing his expertise in Oracle databases, Performance and Clustered ONTAP to help transform customer IT environments. Neto has a Master Degree in Computer Science (UNICAMP) and he is an Oracle ACE.

Corey Adolphus Corey Adolphus is Consulting Systems Engineer for NetApp Australia and New Zealand, focusing on NetApp solutions in Microsoft environments. Corey has 16 years experience in the technology sector, specializing in systems engineering and solutions architecture.

Greg Ferguson Greg Ferguson is the Principal Architect for State & Local Government and Education at NetApp. With over 15 years of technology industry experience Greg is responsible for following key trends and technologies in the State & Local Government and Education space. As part of this he works with customers to leverage existing and emerging technologies to create solutions to the new problems that these emerging trend often pose as well as solving existing problems in new and more effective ways. Additionally, he uses these customer engagements and trends to influence future product directions.

Prior to NetApp Greg worked for Sun Microsystems as an Engagement Architect covering Time Warner/AOL after spending time as a tier-3 field escalation specialist also supporting AOL/Time Warner. Previously Greg was the lead UNIX administrator of The George Washington University’s academic UNIX systems where he was responsible for the servers, storage and applications that supported the academic community. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Information Systems from The George Washington University.

Larry Touchette Larry has been with NetApp for 12 years supporting, implementing, and designing NetApp storage solutions. His past works include large-scale data replication and disaster recovery solutions, as well as development of best practices for implementing vSphere with NetApp storage. He currently focuses on research and development of solutions and best practices enabling the use of flash technology to accelerate shared storage systems and virtualized servers. Larry has given technical presentations at several internal and external NetApp training events in North America and Europe, and has presented at VMworld on multiple occasions since 2008.

Jason Monger Jason has worked in the IT industry for 18 years and at NetApp for 7 years. He has worked with a wide range of technologies but specializes in Microsoft solutions. His current role at NetApp is as a Technical Solution Architect focused on Microsoft technologies and covers the UK & Ireland territory. This presales role is to enable NetApp System Engineers and Partners, help customers solve business and technical problems with the appropriate technology, and evangelize NetApp solutions that integrate with and add value to Microsoft products. An expert in FlexPod for Microsoft Private Cloud, Exchange, SQL, and SharePoint solutions.

Chris Madden As a 10 year veteran at NetApp, Chris works as an Enterprise Infrastructure Architect to help prospects, customers and partners across EMEA quantify and improve the time to value from NetApp solutions. His work spans strategy, operations, and technology areas as relates to the storage and data management layers of the IT stack.
