Matrix Enhancements

Banner expands to cover entire length of the page:

Add/Edit The bottom button bar within Add/Edit now floats so it is always visible, just as

with the bottom button bar in Search. . User’s no longer need to scroll to the bottom of the screen to hit Save.

Auto-Email Enhancements The number of listings the consumer can see when they receive an auto-email has

increased from 5 to 10 listings with a link to the additional listings. If there are more than 10 new/changed listings the first ten will be included in the email. This is a change from previous behavior where no listings would be shown if there were more than 5.

New Welcome Message Ignored : The system will now send an email notification to the agent after 3 days if their client hasn’t initiated the auto-notification by clicking on their opt-in email from you via Matrix.

A Fresh New look…to the Client Portal in Matrix

Share My Listings The “Share this listing” functionality has been improved so that when sharing that

listing URL on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, GooglePlus, and others, the “card” style preview of the posting will include the address, photo, price, remarks, etc.

Market Watch The results screen for Market Watch now allows the user to easily switch between

sections without having to navigate back to Home Page. Click on the new Down Arrow icon to quickly switch to other Market Watch sections.

 

A Fresh New look…to the Client Portal in Matrix

Printing When printing a display with tabs, the user can now specify which tabs to print. The

default is that “All” tabs will print. This is a great NEW feature.

New Client Portal Design

Print, Email and Mark as Viewed icons at the top of the proeprty list, and Sort options have been added. The pick list to filter New or All Listings is found in a more visable location.

The Welcome and Properties tabs have been moved to the left in order to accommodate the wider banner.

The Help and “contact name/bcc” text has been moved to the bottom right. All Mapping Tool icons are now grouped together in one location above the map.

If consumers enter criteria into the search form and execute a search, they will now see the save button attached to the search tab.
