Homeland Security.General Dynamics C4Systems is the prime contractor for theRescue 21 system. Rescue 21 is a fullyintegrated, command, control and commun-ications system that is replacing the U.S.Coast Guards legacy National Distress and Response System. As a major subcontractor,General Dynamics Information Technologyis responsible for Rescue 21 installation onmore than 200 remote f ixed facilities. Since1997, our company has provided complete

life-cycle development and support ofthe National Emergency ManagementInformation System (NEMIS), whichautomates critical response and recovery

processes for the Federal EmergencyManagement Agency. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services locations nationwiderely on us for Technology Operations and Management Infrastructure Support (TOMIS)services.

General Dynamics C4 Systems is the primesystems integrator for the Integrated Wireless

Network (IWN), a joint program to providea broad range of wireless communicationservices to agents within the Departmentsof Justice, Homeland Security and theTreasury. General Dynamics recently beganinitial program management and planningcontract activities on this nationwide pro-gram.
