Rulers about love don't excist. But there is kindness and manners that show who to follow each moment you chose to live. We are made of flesh and in our vains the only

liquid that is running has the color of love, passion, anger, fighting for truth, perfect and worthy as fire. Can't control it but there are logic ways to help, train and learn to earn love and give in.

Each of us is made by a star system guided through its own space by unique and perfect forces like our dreams for a better world. These dreams are the same with NEu Tymes choice for

publishing, communicating and sharing. Him who steps forward choses to get up and dance surrounded by lights of freedom.

Take the first leap and read about journeys, other countries' cultures, arts. Humans are made by the same ingredients while shuffling at their own NEu Tymes steps.

Have a joyfull and inspiring reading. Please contact for your achievements to publish.

This project set out to gain a sensitivity to the most fundamental shapes used in design though a spacial relations problem. By limiting the use of the line, plane, and volume, one was to arrive at a conclusion that uses a clear hierarchy to challenge the space.

Self-evaluation in transit 2006

"Above all, do not lose your desire to walk: every day I walk myself into a state of well-being and walk away from every illness; I have

walked myself into my best thoughts."

- Søren Kierkegaard

To encourage self-evaluation in transit, Candy Chang posed introspective questions on the pavements of New York City with stencils and temporary spray chalk. Public therapy, free of charge.2008, 25΄΄ x 1΄΄, Temporary spray chalk.

Inspired by the long tradition of Chinese Landscape and its ex-pressive depiction of mountains and rocks, Studio Swine’s 'Me-tallic Geology' collection brings

elements of rugged landscape into the interior, drawing striking con-

trasts with the power of nature and the still sanctuary of interiors.Foamed Aluminium is created with in-jecting a gassing agent when mol-ten, resulting in a very lightweight material that has the appearance of pumice which undergoes a similar

process within volcanoes. The material is currently used for building insulation and in the auto-mobile industry hidden behind walls and car bonnets; functional uses based on its structural properties. In contrast, the ‘Metallic Geology’ cabi-

nets display the intricate beauty of its material. The arrangement of the shelves ref-erence the traditional tea cabinets, and with highly polished stainless steel surfaces which create the il-lusion of cavernous depths within.

Page 26: Neu Tymes Vol47

The cabinets are a synthesis of ancient Chinese traditions and the country’s contempo-rary industrial production. 'Metallic Geology' collection was commissioned by Pearl Lam Galleries.

San Francisco Civic CenterBranding, Graphic Design

The Civic Center is home to some of San Francisco’s most im-portant buildings and institutions including City Hall, the San Francisco Ballet & San Francisco Symphony. The goal of the Community Benefit District (CBD) is to improve coor-dination and communication around the management, safe-

ty, beautification and cleanliness of the greater Civic Center area for the benefit of patrons, residents and other visitors within the district. If you conduct a search for the San Francisco Civic Center, you will find maps that show an outline of the neighborhood marked by a dotted line, which also happens to represent an arrow. The solution became obvious, we rotated the arrow and always had it pointing up. It’s a symbol that sug-gests movement, growth and improvement. It’s also a symbol and a shape that the Civic Center of San Francisco can really own.

P orsche is both the smallest in-dependent German au-tomaker and the world’s most prof-itable auto-

maker. It’s history of sports cars begins in 1948 with the legendary Type 356 "No.1", but the conceptual basis of the brand is the result of the lifelong work of Profes-sor Ferdinand Porsche (1875 - 1951) which was continued by his son Ferry (1909 - 1998). The first Porsche museum opened in 1976 in a side road near the factory. It was a small building to hold 20 exhibits in rotation. Porsche built it to showcase their stock of 300 restored cars, many of which in pristine condition and still in full driving order. Planning

for the new Porsche Museum be-gan in 2003 in the northern dis-trict of Zuffenhausen Stuttgart next to the company headquarters. Construction took place between 2005-08. The official opening cer-emony was on 29 January 2009 and cost around 100 million eu-ros. The display area covers 5600 sq.m. featuring around 80 exhibits, many rare cars and a variety of historical models. The museum was designed by Austrian based archi-tects Delugan Meissl. The exhibi-tion spaces were designed by HG Merz. "Porsche Idea," "Product History," and "Thematic Islands" are the three core elements of the mu-seum concept. The "Porsche Idea" section focuses on specific, trail-blazing technical solutions for in-teresting challenges from nearly all areas of mobility. The "Prod-uct History" section is a chrono-

Page 37: Neu Tymes Vol47

logically arranged presentation of the history of Porsche sports cars from its beginnings in 1948 to the latest models. "Thematic Islands" focus on particular, especially im-portant aspects of Porsche his-tory. The architects explain their con-cept for the design:"The central draft concept was the translation of the versatile and vivid brand into the language of architecture. The museum features those specific conditions which the Porsche brand conveys both spatially and sensually to visi-tors. Drive and speed, statics and logjams can be experienced both in the building’s configuration as well as through the spatial medium. The museum’s conceptual design demonstrates our perception of buildings as interactive organisms, as communicating part of a whole. The consistent interaction between

the building and its environment is conceived as a quality, as is a functional and practical utilis-able space. The specific charac-teristics of the spatially defin-able environment are conceived as a landscape or urban landscape, its interpretation as the corporate approach. The Porsche museum is designed as a dynamically formed, monolithic structure, seemingly detached from the entry level’s folded topogra-phy. Its reflective soffit absorbs the architectural landscape below and atmospherically increases the space between base and exhibition area."

The photo shoot took place on July 2014. My approach is to combine capturing iconic and representative points of view that portray an overall impression with a post-processing treatment that enhances the viewing experience and gives a uniqueness to buildings that are photographed extensively.

Teodoru BadiuIllustratorTheodoru.comVienna, Austriawww.theodoru.com

Teodoru Badiu is an illus tra-tor, char ac ter designer and 3D artist living in Vienna, Aus tria. To bring his visions to life, he works with dif-fer ent kinds of media, from photography to 3D and

vector to traditional drawing collage or mixed media. The way of combining all those elements helped him to develop a very unique graphic style with a colorful and bright color palette but

with slightly dark messages. But even if his cheerful, bizarre, and colourful characters in their fantastic environment seem to be a little menacing sometimes, they are friendly in the end.

Residential house reconstructionArchitecture, Interior Design

Residential house reconstruction with addition of a mansard floor.

While the real estate prices in business districts of big cities rise, the problem of choosing comfortable but affordable dwelling each year becomes more and more actual. By the example of big cities of America, Europe and Japan, a small apartment becomes the ideal alternative solution for that problem.

Having in possession small living space in the historical part of city it was decided to make reconstruction with addition of a mansard floor. There are many ways for space reorganization, but I chose the easi-est one. I cut off a chunk approximately 20 sq. m part (2.7 x 8.5 m) of existing 65 sq. m house.

Reconstruction of an apart-ment house with the re-lease of the

superstructure and the attic floor. With the growth of

prices per square me-ter in the business dis-tricts of large cities, the problem of choos-ing a comfortable and affordable housing ev-ery year it becomes more and more urgent.

Following the example of major cities in Eu-rope and Japan -Small apartment becomes an ideal alternative solu-tion to this problem. On the basis of the available small space in

the historic part of the city, it was decided to reconstruct the alloca-tion and superstructure of mansard floor. A small space can be organized in different ways, I took the path

of least soprotivleni-ya- of common home in 65 square meters has been allocated part of 2.7 to 8.5 meters (to-tal area of about 20m sq). To reduce the cost of works such key ar-

eas such as the bath-room and kitchen were left in their places. Due to the disman t ling of the wall space of the kitchen, dining and liv-ing room were combined into one overall, with a

modest area of just over 11 square meters. Also, on the first floor, under stairs has been allocated a place for the work area. Private space with separate dressing room, bedroom and bathroom, which is housed on t he second level. The decision to make a loft and not a full floor, accepted because of easi-er and cheaper legalization scheme builds on volume. Overall planning decision in such a confined space dic-tated firstly modest dimen-sions of the r ec o nstruct-ed volume (with a width of 2.7 meters, a n d t he total area of the two floors of about 35 square meters.) The house has 2 full bathrooms (one of which is located at the bedroom) kitchen-dining room living room, a separate dressing room , a separate bedroom, a nd even a mini office, it has everything you need for a comfortable life of one or two people.
