• Three year cycle

• Priority to SFA’s not certified and not reviewed last year

• Off-Site Assessment must be completed by SFA-ESE Security portal. Will be reviewed with SFA prior to review.

• Supporting documents in Document and Reference Library

• Statewide trainings have been completed. 2/5/2014
