For some of you, 2020 was a year to leave behind. For others, you have quite possibly, learned something of value, from this pandemic we faced. Who’s heart and soul are you prepared to enrich in 2021? Live, learn and pass it on! AMERICAN HOUSE FOUNDATION FOR SENIORS IN NEED Happy New Year! Thank you to everyone who participated in the many American House Foundation (AHF) activities over the holidays! We delivered Holiday Hope care packages to 1,300 low income seniors and veterans. We partnered with the Allison Family Foundation and Harold Zimmerman & family to make sure everyone who asked for a care package received one. Taking care of your mental health is as important as your physical health. Last month, the American House Foundation helped Mr. H: Mr. H is on Medicare but does not have supplemental insurance coverage, so he does not go to the doctor often. He needed emotional support to deal with a personal loss but was hesitant to get care because he was worried about paying the out-of-pocket costs. But, with your continued support, the AHF was able to cover his counseling care costs so he could get the help he needed. Every donation makes a difference!
