Due to the impending TRID regulations effective October 3rd these forms will require members
to use SPECIAL STIPULATIONS in cases where the loan application occurs before
October 3, 2015.
The special stipulations verbiage can be referenced in form RF707, paragraphs #23, #24, #25,
#26 and inserted into the following TAR forms:
RF401 – Purchase and Sale Agreement
RF403 – New Construction Purchase and Sale Agreement
RF404 – Lot / Land Purchase and Sale Agreement
RF656 – Notification Form

New VREB Regulations Beginning Nov 1st

Governor Terry McAuliffe signed the new Virginia Real Estate Board
Regulations on August 3rd and they will go into effect on November 1,
2015. Due to the exceptional collaboration and transparency of the
Virginia Real Estate Board and its Chairman Joe Funkhouser, the new
regulations are more streamlined and better serve the real estate
community.
