1. That a Vending Supp,ly and Service Agreement between The City and Dale's Snacks & Vending for Snacks & Beverage Vending Services, be approved for a three (3) year term from September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2022;

2. That the Vendor pay to The City twenty-one percent (21 %) of gross sales from alii Snack Vending Machines at all locations with a minimum annual guarantee of $4,800 in each year for the term of the Agreement;

3. That the Vendor pay to The City thirty percent (30%) of gross sales from all Beverage Vending Machines at all locations with a minimum annual guarantee of $13,000 in each year for the term of the Agreement; and,

4. That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of Tlhe City, once prepared.

2. That the Bus Shelter located at 151h Street at 3rd Avenue East be moved to 4th Street East at River Street;

3. That Administration negotiate with Puetz Enterprises to move the Bus Bench at 4th Avenue East and Marquis Road after their Contract ends with the current advertiser of this bench; and,

4. That Park Benches be installed at the following Bus Stops:

a. Branion Drive at John Diefenbaker School;

b. 6th Street East at Riverside School.;

c. 15th Avenue and yth Street East; and,

d. Dunn Drive at Sherman Drive.

That Administration prov.ide a report regarding the feasibility of paving additional City Avenues , includin9 the budget implications, to be considered at a future Executive Committee meeting.

That the Planning and Deve.lopment Services Department bring forward options to update the Mobile Food Vendor Policy, as well as any other applicable Bylaws, to require that a Mobile Food Vendor parked on private properrty and Cri,ty streets be a minimum of One Hundred (100) meters from any existing permanent food service establishment, unless the affected owner of a permanent food service establishment gives his or her written consent.
