    Major Findings of the Campaign: Due to network problem we have lost at least 40%-50% newcustomer during the campaign period.

    Most of the customers went back just because of they couldntcomplete the registration process.

    Take a lot of time for registration almost 20-30 minute per customer.

    Customer as well as agent have annoyed for this delayed service.

    Server performance need to develop otherwise it will be hamperedour brand image and upcoming customers opportunity.
