Using turbocharging technology, the state-of-the-art TCe 90 petrol engine generates an impressive 90hp from just 3-cylinders, yet achieves 55.4 mpg. Or, for ultimate cruising ability, choose the dCi 90 turbo-diesel engine, which achieves 74.3mpg and emits just 98 g/km of CO2*. So, you really can enjoy the best of both worlds.

Rigorous testing of Dacia engines is carried out at our state-of-the-art test centres, with each variant undergoing 20,000 hours of running on the test bench and 800,000 kilometres of test driving.

The Dacia Sandero Stepway offers you two types of engine.

The TCe engine brings you more performance without excessive price. Thanks to turbocharging technology, the TCe 90 produces 90 hp from its 3-cylinder, 900cc engine, yet still achieves 55.4 mpg combined and CO2 emissions of 115g/km*.

For those seeking ultimate fuel efficiency, the dCi 90 diesel engine achieves 74.3 mpg combined and only 98g/km CO2*.

Under the terms of this Warranty, your Dacia dealer is able to repair or replace, without charge, parts that are found to have a material or assembly defect that is recognised by Dacia. Your new Dacia also comes with a 2 year paintwork warranty, as well as a 6 year anti-corrosion warranty.

Extended WarrantyAt Dacia, we don’t force you to pay a premium for a longer warranty if you don’t want one, but we’ll offer you the opportunity to purchase one if you do. By extending your warranty, you’ll benefit from ongoing protection from mechanical and electrical failure after the standard manufacturer’s warranty has expired. Extended warranties may be purchased at any time up to one year after the first date of registration. You can choose to extend your Warranty to the following levels:
