FreeYouth MMA Community Program Tony Rose Memorial Sports Centre Ages 14 - 18 A new Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) program is being offered in conjunction with Fitness Kickboxing Canada Inc. MMA is the fastest growing sport worldwide and the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has made MMA an international sport. This new program is intended to introduce youth to the sport and prepare them for recreational and/or competitive mixed martial arts. Participants must purchase an Ontario Grappling Association membership ($35 annually) and must have MMA gloves. These can be purchased at time of registration. A new Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) program is being offered in conjunction with Fitness Kickboxing Canada Inc.
