Food for Thought is Tribalco’s Internal Training Program. You may also request internal training through our “Food for Thought” Training Program

External training can be requested through Department or Division SharePoint Sites.

Tribalco’s Employee Referral Program 

All Tribalco employees will receive a referral bonus for candidates that Tribalco hires following an employee referral.

Referral bonuses will vary by position for which the candidate is hired, varying from $500 ‐ $2,000. Full referral bonus program details can be found on ADP.

Payroll Information

• Tribalco uses Deltek Time& Expense for Payroll– We have a semi‐monthlypayroll schedule that is paidin arrears

– Our current pay schedule isavailable on ADP

– Time must be entered daily and approved semi‐monthly– Log in information will be sent by our Payroll Manager– PTO can be entered and approved in advance

Security Overview

• Security Clearances– Tribalco has a Top Secret Security Clearance, if you see anything that would be considered any sort of threat, breach, or mishandling of information, please report it as soon as possible to both• Karen Rhodes, FSO• Sean Ullyatt, IT Director

• ADP Administers Tribalco’s 401(k) Plan– Eligible employees may start contributions on date of hire– Tribalco has an annual match of 50% of the first 4% deferred– Please sign up online via ADP, otherwise new hires will be automatically enrolled at 3%

– 2020 IRS annual maximum is $19,500, catch up is $6,500
