According to a July 10, 2013 Quinnipiac University poll, Governor Chris Christie leads State Senator Barbara Buono by 61-29 percent and has a 2-1 job approval rating lead as well. Then I must presume that you as well know that Christie is running for Governor notSenator What Lautenberg might have to do with this is puzzling to me ~ but thenagain I am not from that perverse state but from its northern and no less bafflingpolitical state where those who behave like tyrants are applauded in press andbroadcast coverage as if the appeals they make to the least independent among thecitizens can allure the most independent of mind Eg When a Legislature can sitovernight to pass a then-heretofore unexposed piece of legislation that would makecriminals of the law-abiding (as did happen in this state this past January) then thosemen and women owe no allegiance to what can only be viewed as an illegal dictumset pretentiously in law signed by a self-righteous governor upon the too readilyconcluded stamp of approval of the two chambers If this makes outlaws of thoseeffected by such a ignominious law then let them know that there are some of uswho stand with them both philosophically and in fact I know many such men andwomen and knowing them have noticed that they represent the best among us ~peace be with them

A Uhisnt that supposed to be senator Lautenberg was a senator in the UnitedStates Senate anyone being elected to replace him would be iquestgovernor Christie ismoving on Let Barbara Buono be Governor then there was too little good in havingChristie as Governor I expect the same and more of it should he become senatorThat would do nothing to provide Republicans an improved edge on the required 60votes on such critical issues as may arise because Christie does not favor only toomany principles of the Republican Party or its platformthe priniciples being what Ithink ought to matter for anyone winning a nomination under the GOP banner whichcannot include Christie -- cannot include many others who strut about under thatbanner but are so far to the leftward so out of touch with fundamental principles ofthe Declaration of Independence the US Constitution and Bill of Rights that theymight as well join the enslavement section of the Senate -- the Democrats OR B The fight between Christie and Buono is not for the open senate seat but for thegubernatorial seat and Lautenbergs death has nothing to do with them and wheretheir ambitions lead them

Then I must presume that you as well know that Christie is running for Governor notSenator What Lautenberg might have to do with this is puzzling to me ~ but thenagain I am not from that perverse state but from its northern and no less bafflingpolitical state where those who behave like tyrants are applauded in press andbroadcast coverage as if the appeals they make to the least independent among thecitizens can allure the most independent of mind Eg When a Legislature can sitovernight to pass a then-heretofore unexposed piece of legislation that would makecriminals of the law-abiding (as did happen in this state this past January) then thosemen and women owe no allegiance to what can only be viewed as an illegal dictumset pretentiously in law signed by a self-righteous governor upon the too readilyconcluded stamp of approval of the two chambers If this makes outlaws of thoseeffected by such a ignominious law then let them know that there are some of uswho stand with them both philosophically and in fact I know many such men andwomen and knowing them have noticed that they represent the best among us ~peace be with them
