SECONDMENT SERVICES The secondment route will minimise the creation of a footprint in a new territory until either you are sure you wish to be in that territory or the local rules dictate that you are!
Through this option, Briars employs the requisite personnel and then seconds said personnel back to you but we remain fully liable as employers for all taxes and compliance and you minimise your reporting requirements.
