The pure FR sport car 86 has a lower center of gravity and handy body size that provides awesome steering performance. And HKS GT SUPERCHARGER will make it even better with exquisite power.
The goal of the this product when in development was the Power and Capacity.V6, 3.5L engine provides easy power even for 2t body vehicle. But still you always want more power...HKS will give driver that more Power you want and the Capacity with newly developed GT SUPERCHARGER system.
・ It needs resetting for each vehicle because F-CON iS data is initial setting.(base data is cat. converter + HKS muffler)
・ It can't be used with a device such as OB-LINK which uses OBD-II port because F-CON control uses same OBD-II port for data signal.
・ We recommend to use with engine oil cooler and engine oil with high temperature viscosity of #40 or higher.（HKS HR 0W42、Racing Pro 0W40/10W50, etc.）
・ For even more output, fuel pump and injector needs to be bigger capacity.・ Needs some small modification on bumper reinforcement and radiator support.・ Approximate installation time is 5 hours.

VELLFIRE（GGH20W）
● The new design of reverse revolution Supercharger(GTS7040L) can have smarter installation layout.●Have about 30% more power and torque with this product.(* In-house testing data)●The drive in the town would be better because this product can solve the torque problem around 4000RPM of stock vehicle.● It has a great performance at the mid to high RPM because more than 25kgf･m (245N･m) at wide range of RPM from 4700rpm to 6800rpm.●It can use stock D4-S system as it is by using 86 special F-CON iS.(needs some setting)
FEATURE
● HKS GT SUPERCHARGER has smooth feeling characteristic and still has better performance. Even the passenger will feel the smooth drive performance.
● We didn't pursue only the power but also set up for the Capacity. It will have about 50ps/7kgf・m more of the normal range which is from 3500RPM to 5500RPM.(for in-house test) The fuel pump and injector are used from the stock parts.
●It will have effective cooling efficiency with the original carbon air duct which intake the fresh air to intercooler.● Because the control is done with F-CON iS + OSC, it can also control the fuel A/F feedback area. (* need setting at the
F-CON dealer)●You can cancel the speed limiter with the F-CON which is included in the kit.

We have confirmed the Stainless Exhaust Manifold(14019-AF002) is installable to the EXIGA 2.0GT(CBA-,DBA-YA5/EJ20(TURBO) 08/6～).

We have confirmed the GT SUPERCHARGER Pro Kit(12001-AH005) is installable to the S2000 2.2L(ABA-AP2/F22C 05/11～). However there is a few modification and different installation method for 2.0L (AP1). Please contact HKS sales personnel for more information.
We are very sorry that (80230-AT007/ NCP91/ SCP90 for Vits, 80230-AN003/ (P) S13/ R (P) S13 Silvia/ for 180SX, 80230-AN006/ ECR33 for Skyline, 80230-AH006/ CL7 Accord Euro R) are canceled the production which is on the 2012 HKS catalog “GOODS MASTER 2012” Suspension series of “MAX Ⅳ GT”.
We have changed the specification of Oil Line Filter(14008-AK005) which is used for turbo kit.The specifications of difference are as shown below, please check and confirm before the order.

HKS 86 at Ebisu was much lighter and more powerful than before. Since Nobuteru Taniguchi was exempted from the elimination and started from the final. In the 1st run, Nob
made a deep angle from the last corner and couldn’t hold the drift long enough and made a small drift in the next line. 2nd run, he made a narrow drift in the last corner and couldn’t make the Match Drift tournament. After the loss of the 4th round HKS D1 team made a decision to change the specification of the machine for next day.
As for the result of the 4th round, HKS 86 made changes like higher boost by change in supercharger pulley ratio, high gear for last gear and take off the rear wing. We wanted to
have more power for the last corner to have lasting drift to the end of the wall. We also had risk of damaging the engine and supercharger, peaky machine movement and less harmony between the machine and the driver. First of the sole drift, Nob attacked into the beginning drift but couldn’t keep it to the end of the corner. And for the 2nd drive, Nob did well till the last corner, as the machine specification change caused him a half-spin which dropped HKS 86 out of the tornament.So now we have a new subject to overcome and win the next D1GP in Centrair.
For D1GP 6th round in Centrair, HKS 86 has set back to the less power and rear wing of earlier version and also to prevent the spinning, we have adjusted the Front steering
angle. For the test drive, Nob made a great drift. For the 1st sole run, he made a cool drift at the first corner and in the next corner for some reason 86 made a half-spin.And now the 2nd and last sole run Nob drove too carefully that he didn’t make any big mistake he also didn’t get enough point to pass the tournament.Nob had special minor match race with Manabu Orido, but once again he spun and could not get points. There is a problem we have to solve of rear grip problem which caused many spinning in this race.Next day, there was D1 CHAMPIONS EXHIBITION MATCH. We have reset the 86 but didn’t solve the fundamental problem.Next D1GP is helo at Odaiba, Tokyo. It’s the last D1 of the year. We will try our best to tune the machine at its best condition and win the last tournament!

2012 GRAN TURISMO D1 GRAND PRIX Round4&5 in EBISU Report“HKS RACING PERFORMER 86” has won the 3rd place in the last D1GP at Autopolis. And the machine is getting better every day that we had great expectation for the Ebisu D1GP. But we couldn’t get the podium and were tried and tested.

Kansai service had analyzed normal data to select and install the parts and setting for the vehicles. Kansai Service does tuning up of sport car, minivan, wagon, small cars, etc. from power-up to dress-up of the vehicles. Kansai Service also provides everyday maintenance, repair and other automobile related services. Kansai Service staffs are very friendly and will help customize customer’s automobiles as the way they want them to be.
Car Station Marche mainly treat the automobiles of SUBARU and its Boxer engine and the HKS parts which parts are 99% for the SUBARU. This is because the HKS is most loved and trustworthy for the SUBARU automobile tuning. When I talk to the customers, I imagine how the president Hasegawa would say about the HKS products and explain to the customers. Because I strongly believe that HKS products are made with love and soul and I feel like I have to let the customers to know this, and make a strong bond. We also study, test and analyze the HKS products by ourselves and we feedback to HKS development department for better product production. Recently we are developing GT-II for oversee, and US import tuning magazine had covered our story. Also US Motor Trend magazine has covered story on BRZ GT Supercharger. I believe maker, tuner and media all together should corporate t o make t h e a f t e rma rk e t development. Thank you.
